Growing up in Sydney, Australia, most of our time was spent in and around the water. Surfing from the age of 6, it’s a part of who we are.

Fairy Bower, which we lovingly referred to as “Bower,” is a right hand point break in the stunning Cabbage Tree Bay of Manly Beach. Surfing Bower was the aspiration of all surfers in the area, young and old. Her sweeping “right handers” were beautiful, powerful and challenging as large south swells rolled up the Australian coast but the surrounding landscapes and community associated with her always made Bower feel like home.

We’ve been around a bit since then and have experienced the “Bowers” of so many other beautiful places. We draw our inspiration from time spent traveling (mostly surfing) to Indonesia, Mexico, Sri Lanka, Central America, California and the US.

Bower Beach House is a humble & thoughtful homage to our teams life of surfing, outdoor pursuits, hospitality and travel and the people and places along the way. Come and feel at home with us.
